Grill Dude is Also Looking at Healthy Grilling

Grill Dude stopped by to visit and gave me a link to his grilled bell peppers. Yum. Those look terrific. He has photos too, so you can see for yourself.

Grill Dude is also dealing with those high tri levels. No fun.

The good news is that grilling out is a healthy way to cook especially if you're doing vegetables. A grill basket helps if you're going to do veggies. You can also use a cast iron skillet. Just add a little olive oil and cook right on the grill in your cast iron skillet. Very easy.

Try different seasonings on your grilled veggies. There are so many great ones on the market now. We like lemon pepper - no salt either.

Hi Mike - Cool space. I could not figure out how to add pages though. The icon won't come up on my bar. I have Vista. I suspect that's why I can't see the icon to add. Not certain though.
